The occasional diary of a Suffolk gentleman farmer who lived at Badley, Suffolk, for 91 years. For 48 of those years he was the Steward to Lord Ashburnham's 3,450 acre Suffolk estate. Spanning 52 years, the diary provides an interesting insight into the life of a 19C Suffolk gentleman farmer.
